Appointment of Non-Executive Directors
KSK Power Ventur plc, the power project company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with interests in multiple power plants and businesses across India, is pleased to announce that following conclusion of the regulatory searches as announced on 6 February 2014, Keith Nicholas Henry and Guy Delemere Lafferty have been appointed to the Board of the Company with effect from 1 March, 2014.
Commenting on the developments, Mr. T L Sankar, Non-Executive Chairman of KSK said:
"We are very pleased with Keith and Guy joining us on the KSK Board. Keith's experience of building major projects and running an international power generation company will be instrumental in helping shape the Group's approach to developing large scale power generation assets. Henry:

Mr Henry has no shareholdings in KSK.
Mr Henry is entitled to subscribe for 350,000 ordinary shares of KSK ("option shares") at 130p per share for consenting to be in office for a period of 3 years, and he will be entitled to exercise one third of the option shares each year after 1st March, 2015.
There is no other information to be provided in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing
Rules.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR MR GUY DELEMERE LAFFERTY

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13 the following information is confirmed in respect of Mr
Guy Delemere Lafferty:
Previous Directorships within the last five years

Mr Lafferty is interested, through a family trust, in 130,691 shares in the Company. He is also a partner of Hoegh Capital Partners Limited who advise the Hoegh family. The Hoegh family and
various related interests hold 4,740,882 shares in the Company. Together, this represents 2.78 per cent. of the issued ordinary shares in the Company.
There is no other information to be provided in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing
Rules.
