K Bank announced that it has received KRW 6.25 billion in funding from Korea Information & Communications Co., Ltd., Posco ICT Company Ltd..

KOREA INFORMATION & COMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the provision of electronic transaction processing solutions and payment terminals. The Company mainly provides financial value added network (VAN) services including credit card management services (CCMSs), data & draft capture (DDC) services, data & signature capture (DSC) services and cash receipt services, as well as payment gateway products. Its payment gateway products consist of countertops, wireless payment terminals, sing pads and dongles, under the brand names of EasyCheck, EasyPad, EasyPOS and EasyCash. Through its subsidiary, the Company also involves in the venture capital business, which invests in the medium and small-sized enterprises.
