FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) _ Kemet Corp. (KEM) on Thursday reported a fiscal fourth-quarter loss of $301,000, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

The Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based company said it had a loss of 1 cent per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 37 cents per share.

The electronic capacitor maker posted revenue of $293.2 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $41.4 million, or 70 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $1.26 billion.

Kemet shares have fallen slightly since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 66% in the last 12 months.
