Notice Concerning the Status and Completion of Acquisition of Own Shares (Acquisition of treasury stock pursuant to the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation per Article 165,
Paragraph (2) of the Companies Act)
Kansai Paint Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that the status of following matters related to the acquisition of own shares pursuant to the Article 156 of the Companies Act as applied mutatis mutandis to the provisions of Article 165, paragraph (3) of the same Act.
The company also informs that the acquisition of own shares pursuant to the resolution approved at the Board of Directors' meeting held on February 28, 2023, has been completed.
