Jumei to Delay Earnings Release for First Half of 2019
Beijing, China-January1, 2020-Jumei International Holding Limited (NYSE: JMEI) ("Jumei" or the "Company"), a fashion and lifestyle solutions provider in China, today announced that it will delay the release of its financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2019. The Form 6-K containing semi-annual financial information could not be filed within the time period specified by the New York Stock Exchange because certain operational results associated with Jumei's new businesses cannot be provided on a U.S. GAAP basis without significant effort or expense.

Jumei (NYSE: JMEI) is a fashion and lifestyle solutions provider with a diversified portfolio of products on offer in China. Jumei sells branded beauty, baby, children and maternity products, light luxury products, as well as health supplements through its e-commerce platform. Jumei has invested in adjacent fashion and lifestyle businesses such as Jiedian, a mobile device power bank operating company, and TV drama series production, to expand its service offerings.
