JonDeTech Sensors AB (publ) ("JonDeTech" or the “Company") announces today that the Company has entered into a distribution agreement with the South Korean technology company Eastel Company Limited ("Eastel"). Eastel is a leading supplier of components and modules to mobile phone manufacturers, the automotive industry, and the semiconductor industry.

Among Eastel's partners are German Bosch Automotive Electronics and Bosch Sensortec, the American semiconductor company Cirrus Logic, and the material technology company CN Innovations from Hong Kong. JonDeTech will deliver several EVKs (evaluation kits) to Eastel for the assessment of JonDeTech's sensors through integration into modules and products for various industries.
 
The agreement is effective for a period of three years with an option for renewal and grants Eastel the right to distribute the entirety of JonDeTech's product portfolio.
