At the AGM held on December 27, 2019, Jain Irrigation Systems Limited approved Dividend on ordinary equity shares and DVR Equity Shares of INR 2 each. Particulars are up to 50% (that is INR 1.00 per share) on 496,366,053 Ordinary Equity Shares of INR 2 each and up to 50% (INR 1.00 per share) on 19,294,304 DVR Equity Shares of INR 2 each.
