JSC Irkut Corporation (member of UAC) summed up the preliminary results of work in 2013. As the President of the Corporation Oleg Demchenko said the company promptly and fully complied with aircraft delivery plans under the state order and export contracts.

More than 30 Su-30SM multi-role fighters and Yak-130 trainer aircraft were delivered to the Russian Defense Ministry. Flight and technical personnel of combat units and training centers of the Russian Air Force with the assistance of Irkut Corporation specialists successfully masters new aircraft. First cadets graduated operating Yak-130. Su-30SM arrived at the Domna air base in the Trans-Baikal Territory.

Irkut Corporation fulfilled the delivery plan on the Su-30MKI licensed program. Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation recognized JSC Irkut Corporation the Best Russian exporter in the Aircraft category fifth time in a row.

In 2013 the production of components for the Airbus A320 commercial aircraft increased.

President of JSC Irkut Corporation claimed that the output was carried out while intensive MC-21 commercial aircraft preproduction preparations. In 2013 the development of the airframe design documentation was completed. Fuselage sections are going through strength and endurance tests. Backlog of orders for MC-21 aircraft significantly increased. Advance payments on the signed firm contracts received. Irkutsk aviation plant (IAP) - branch of JSC Irkut Corporation, started production of the first four aircraft.

Oleg Demchenko said that the implementation of plans for 2013 was possible due to the highly professional and efficient work of all employees of the Corporation.
