IProperty : Technical Lead (Web)

What you will be doing?

• Lead efforts to replace legacy tech stack with new cutting edge open source technologies.
• Ensure timely development of applications, prioritizing quick time to market with MVP features.
• Help architect open-source, cloud enabled, scalable, mobile responsive portals providing amazing consumer experience.
• Help improve DevOps capability within the team.
• Work closely with Infrastructure team to ensure stability and robust availability of systems.
• Continuously research for process improvements and new technical capability for adoption.
• Coach, mentor and share best practices and knowledge across the team.
• Champion Agile methodology processes to improve the software development processes.
• Foster innovation culture within DEV team.

What are the requirements?

• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Engineering or related field.
• At least 5+ years of work experience in Software Application development.
• Strong knowledge in open source development environments such as NodeJS , React JS PHP, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap etc.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API and JSON.
• Knowledge in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiar with Cloud Computing services (AWS) and associated technologies.
• Understanding of Microservice Architecture.
• Experienced in areas of Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI and CD).
• Knowledge in SOLR and/or AWS ElasticSearch is an advantage.
• Worked in Agile or Scrum based environment before.
• Experience with Git.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, strong communications skills, problem-solving skills.
• Passionate technologist , self-driven , innovative and quality focused.
