Intershop Communications AG Announces Change of CEO

As per agreement between Jochen Moll and the Intershop Communications AG's supervisory board, Jochen Moll will leave the company as of September 30, 2015 at his own request. Dr. Jochen Wiechen will serve as the new CEO, starting September 1, 2015. Axel Koehler, currently Senior Vice
President Sales of Intershop, will complete the new management team.
