INPP MAKES FURTHER INVESTMENT IN DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Interna onal Public Partnerships, the listed infrastructure investment company (the 'Company', 'INPP'), will invest up to c.£9.9 million into Nextgenaccess Ltd ('NGA'), a developer of ultrafast wholesale and custom fibre infrastructure. The NGA investment falls within the framework of INPP's already announced overall commitment of up to £45 million to digital infrastructure via the Na onal Digital Infrastructure Fund ('NDIF'), alongside HM Treasury.

INPP's investment is part of NDIF's overall £22 million investment into NGA announced today. NDIF will acquire a substan al minority shareholding in NGA and provide capital facili es to support NGA's growth. The funding will help finance plans to deploy over 1,000km of new strategic high-capacity fibre routes across the UK by the end of 2020.
