NEW YORK, Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- S&P MidCap 400 constituent Helmerich & Payne Inc. (NYSE: HP) will replace IMS Health Inc. (NYSE: RX) in the S&P 500 index, S&P SmallCap 600 constituent Prosperity Bancshares Inc. (Nasdaq: PRSP) will replace Helmerich & Payne in the S&P MidCap 400, and Interactive Intelligence Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ) will replace Prosperity Bancshares in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Friday, February 26. IMS Health is being acquired by affiliates of TPG Capital L.P. and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date, pending final conditions.

Prosperity Bancshares provides retail and commercial banking services. Headquartered in Houston, TX, the company will be added to the S&P MidCap 400 GICS Regional Banks Sub-Industry index.

Interactive Intelligence provides software application suites for voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) business communications. Headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS Application Software Sub-Industry index.
