BetterThis rises 8.8% to EUR0.45 per share. The stock has left the parter 25% in the last thirty days and 79% in the last twelve months.

Italia Independent sits on the bottom and gives up 15 percent to EUR0.36 per share. The company announced Tuesday evening that it had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with M Group, which controls Alessandro Lanaro's Modo Group, for the sale of the "Italia Independent" brand, owned by its subsidiary Italia Independent Spa, for a consideration of EUR1 million.

The Modo Group is an independent eyewear operator with offices in New York, Milan and Stockholm; founded by Alessandro Lanaro in 1990, the Modo Group produces Modo and Eco branded products distributed worldwide.

The sale of the brand is in the context of activities under the restructuring agreements reached with IIG and I-I creditors.
