IID Inc. agreed to acquire 80% stake in All About en Factory, Inc. from All About, Inc. (JASDAQ:2454) for ¥60 million on October 31, 2012. Under the terms, 800 shares will be acquired by IID, Inc. For the year ending March 2012, All About en Factory, Inc. had net assets of ¥47 million, total assets of ¥111 million, revenue of ¥236 million, operating loss of ¥32 million, ordinary loss of ¥32 million, net loss of ¥32 million. The Board of Directors of All About, Inc. passed a resolution to undertake the transaction on October 31, 2012. The share transfer agreement is expected to be signed and the deal is expected to complete on November 1, 2012.
