Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 777 million compared to USD 746 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 1,214 million compared to USD 1,189 million a year ago. Net income was USD 111 million compared to USD 114 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.16 compared to USD 0.16 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.16 compared to USD 0.16 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 2,447 million compared to USD 2,251 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 3,988 million compared to USD 3,644 million a year ago. Net income was USD 608 million compared to USD 486 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.85 compared to USD 0.68 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.85 compared to USD 0.68 a year ago.
