Mogi das Cruzes, March 02nd, 2015 - Helbor Empreendimentos S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: HBOR3), a residential and commercial real estate developer covering 31 cities in 10 states, in addition to the Federal District, Brasília, according to the CVM regulation, informs to its shareholders and to the market that have received the attached notice, on February 02, 2015, from BTG Pactual Asset Management S.A. DTVM, communicating that they have sold Helbor's shares thought stock exchange operations and now have a total amount of 12,836,041 shares, representing 4.98% of the total shares issued by the Company.
BTG Pactual Asset Management S.A. DTVM also informed that aims merely the realization of financial operations, that does not intend to change the composition of the Company's management and that the Funds do not aim to achieve any equity interest in particular.
