Pascal Allard appointed CEO Havas North AfricaPascal Allard has been appointed CEO of Havas North Africa as of today. Pascal Allard will be in charge of developing the Group's advertising network and setting up new agencies in all North African countries including: Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Mauritania.
Allard commented: "Africa is the continent which will have the biggest development and growth opportunities over the next 20 years and it is one of our Group's priorities".
The agencies already present in this area will report directly to him and he will remain at the head of Havas Tunisia. Pascal Allard reports to Yannick Bolloré and Stéphane Fouks, Vice Presidents of Havas.
