HAMON & CIE (INTERNATIONAL) S.A. The Hamon Group announces that the judicial reorganisation procedure with the objective of obtaining amicable agreements and a collective agreement with its creditors, for which the Belgian company Hamon & Cie (International) SA, the umbrella company of the Hamon Group, has filed a petition requesting its implementation, which has been declared open by the judgment of the Enterprise Court of Walloon Brabant pronounced on 21 February 2022, thus granting it the benefit of the procedure.
