Halfords Group's share price was heavily penalized and is now in an oversold situation near to a solid support area.

From a fundamental viewpoint, Halfords Group seems undervalued in terms of enterprise value. Based on the current price, its market capitalization, plus its net debt, represents 0.88 times its revenues.
This valuation is only 12.98 and 12.16 times the two next years earnings.

After several weeks of a downward movement, the stock is back on a strong weekly and daily support (GBp 430.4). This area should stop this movement in the short term and help for at least a technical rebound.
Even if moving averages are downward oriented and put pressure on the stock, the technical rebound scenario will be privileged.

Thanks to the technical pattern and Halfords Group’s strong fundamentals, active investors can open a long trade above GBp 430.4. The downside potential is limited and the timing seems perfect to benefit from a technical rebound.
The goal will be fixed at GBp 466.2 in a first time.
However, a bearish trend would regain the upper hand if the security crosses GBp 430.4.
