To all GYG customers and partners,

In light of the containment measures recommended by various public authorities on the back of the Coronavirus pandemic, GYG has activated a contingency plan for the health and safety of our staff whilst also taking precautions to continue working with our customers and partners.

Such safety measures currently ensure continued operations on all our global projects and the maintenance of services for all our customers and business partners. As a precaution, we are limiting both domestic and international travel to essential or necessary client visits. In the event of any potential disruption to schedules due to the mandatory travel restrictions, we will ensure that our clients and partners are kept fully informed at a local level.

While the plan does not foresee the closure of our offices, we will be operating a business as usual policy with all necessary prevention measures in place and in full compliance with health advisories. Under the guidelines published by the local authorities in each of the territories in which GYG operates, from 12 March we will have teams both on-site at our offices and working remotely. Our IT infrastructure provides all employees working off-site with access to exactly the same resources as if they were present at the office and we will be utilising our video-conferencing facilities to minimise travel and direct contact.

We will keep you updated with any significant changes to GYG's operations and policy as the pandemic evolves but if you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me directly. As always, our global teams remain available to support our customers and partners.

Kind regards,

Remy Millott
Group CEO
