The Board is pleased to announce that the English name of the Company has been changed

from "Hydoo International Holding Limited" to "Guangdong - Hong Kong Greater Bay Area Holdings Limited" and its Chinese name has been changed from "毅德國際控股有限 公司" to "粵港灣控股有限公司".

The Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name was issued by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands on 14 July 2020 certifying respectively that the Company

has changed its English name and Chinese name and was registered as "Guangdong - Hong Kong Greater Bay Area Holdings Limited" in English and "粵港灣控股有限公

司" in Chinese on 14 July 2020. The Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong on 18 August 2020 certifying that the new English and Chinese names of the Company have been registered in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The stock short names for trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "HYDOO INTL" to "GD-HKGBA HLDGS" in English and from "毅德國際" to "粵港 灣控股" in Chinese, both with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 1 September 2020. The stock code of the Company on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as "1396".

The logo of the Company has been changed to with effect from the date of this announcement to reflect the change of the company name.

The Company is in the process of changing its company website address to reflect the change of the company name, and shall publish an announcement in due course. As of the date of this announcement, the company website address remains unchanged.

Reference is made to the announcements of Hydoo International Holding Limited (now known as Guangdong - Hong Kong Greater Bay Area Holdings Limited) (the "Company") dated 12 June 2020 and 17 June 2020 and the circular (the "Circular") of the Company dated 22 June 2020 in relation to the proposed Change of Company Name. Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular unless the context herein requires otherwise.

CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Board is pleased to announce that subsequent to the passing of a special resolution approving the proposed Change of Company Name by the Shareholders at the EGM held on 14 July 2020, the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name was issued by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands on 14 July 2020 certifying respectively that the Company

has changed its English name and Chinese name and was registered as "Guangdong - Hong Kong Greater Bay Area Holdings Limited" in English and "粵港灣控股有限公司" in Chinese

on 14 July 2020.

The Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong on 18 August 2020 certifying that the new English and Chinese names of the Company have been registered in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

EFFECTS OF THE CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The change of the Company name will not affect any of the rights of the Shareholders. All existing certificates of securities in issue bearing the former name of the Company will continue to be evidence of title to such securities and remain valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. There will not be any arrangement for exchange of the existing certificates of securities for new certificates bearing the new name of the Company. New certificates of securities will be issued only in the new name of the Company.

CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAMES

The stock short names for trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "HYDOO INTL" to "GD-HKGBA HLDGS" in English and from "毅德國際" to "粵港灣控

股" in Chinese, both with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 1 September 2020. The stock code of the Company on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as "1396".
