Grupa LOTOS S.A. Announces Management Changes

Grupa LOTOS S.A. announced the departure of Pawel Olechnowicz, president of the management board, Zbigniew Paszkowicz and Marek Sokolowski, vice-presidents, from their positions on the management board. Maciej Szozda and Mariusz Machajewski will continue to serve on the Management Board. The Supervisory Board has further decided to temporarily delegate its Chairman, Robert Pietryszyn, to act as President of the Management Board.
