Groupe Open : UGAP awards its “Application Project Management Assistance” contract to an Atos-Open grouping

UGAP provides its clients (local authorities, hospitals, State-controlled commercial and industrial undertakings, ministries, government departments, private institutions providing public services, etc.) with a catalogue of products and services selected in compliance with the French Public Procurement Code. The Purchasing Group has just announced the renewal of its intellectual service provisions offering and has announced that it has selected a grouping comprising Atos and Open for its contract for multi-channel IT applications integration and development services for all different technologies.

On this new contract, Atos and Open will be joining their forces in production and innovation to take up the technical, professional and regulatory challenges facing public-sector buyers.

In-depth understanding of the issues and demands of the public sector, combined with a network throughout French territory, are key assets for the Atos-Open grouping as it seeks to drive the growth and economic and operational efficiency of UGAP on the regional and national levels. To achieve this and meet the expectations of its public-sector clients, the grouping has announced the roll-out of an agile commercial organisation with centralised national coordination through a one-stop-shop.
