GO p.l.c. Announces Relinquish of Nigel Curmi as Chief Information Officer, Effective 31 December 2018

GO p.l.c. is a Malta-based communications services company. The Company provides mobile, fixed line, internet and television (TV) services to more than 500,000 customers. It also provides unrivalled services for the Maltese business community. It operates through three segments. Malta Telecommunication Services segment comprises its fixed- line telephony services, mobile telephony services, digital television services, sale of broadband, internet services, other business communication solutions and Internet of things services provided predominantly within Malta, mainly through the Company's activities. Data Centre Services segment comprises its operations of BMIT Technologies p.l.c., which provides data center facilities and information and communications technology solutions in Malta. Cyprus Telecommunication Services segment comprises its operations of the Cypriot subsidiary, Cablenet Communications Systems plc. The Company provides broadband, cable television and telephony services.
