Gjensidige Forsikring ASA (OB:GJF) is looking for acquisitions in Denmark. Gjensidige plans for more acquisitions in Denmark, both in the private and corporate market. In order to be better prepared, Gjensidige has established three new business areas: private, commercial and claims. So far in 2023, the company has made two acquisitions in Denmark, Sønderjysk Forsikring and PenSam Forsikring.
The first was acquired for DKK 200 million (EUR 26.69 million/USD 29.52 million).
