Gambero Rosso appoints new ad and confirms Cuccia as president

(Alliance News) - Gambero Rosso Spa on Monday made it known that it has proceeded with the allocation and reshuffling of proxies to directors.

Thus, the board of directors granted proxies to directors Carlo Spallanzani, Luigi Salerno, Angelo Sajeva and Paolo Cuccia.

Carlo Spallanzani was appointed chief executive officer, while directors Luigi Salerno and Angelo Sajeva were given delegated authority for international operations and delegated authority for business development and advertising, respectively.

Paolo Cuccia was confirmed as chairman.

Gambero Rosso closed Monday in the green by 1.9 percent to EUR0.43 per share.
