At the board meeting held on May 26, 2021, Gabriel India Limited approved the appointment of Mr. Atul Jaggi as an additional Director, designated as Deputy Managing Director (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company for the period of 5 years with the effect from May 26, 2021. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Mrs. Pallavi Joshi Bakhru as an additional Director of the Company with the effect from May 26, 2021. Mrs. Pallavi Joshi Bakhru shall be an independent director and does not have any relationship with any of the existing Directors of the Company.
