CLOSURES OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

The board of directors (the "Board") of Freetech Road Recycling Technology (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that, for the purpose of determining shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") who are entitled to attend and vote at the annual general meeting of the Company (the "AGM") to be held on Friday, 4 June 2021, the Company's Register of Members (the "Register of Members") will be closed from Tuesday, 1 June 2021 to Friday, 4 June 2021, both days inclusive. In order to be eligible to attend and vote at the AGM, all transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company's branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong for registration not later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 31 May 2021.
