FDG Kinetic Limited is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sale of cathode materials for lithium ferrous phosphate (LFP) batteries. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through two segments. The Battery Materials Production segment is engaged in the research, development, manufacturing and sale of cathode materials for nickel, cobalt and manganese (NCM) lithium ion batteries, as well as LFP batteries. The Direct Investments segment is engaged in loan financing, securities trading and asset investment.
