ERM POWER LIMITED ERM Power Limited announced the appointment of a new non-executive director to the ERM Power Board. The appointment of the new director, Albert Goller, formerly Chairman and Managing Director of Siemens Limited, in Australia, will take effect from January 1, 2015. The Board of ERM Power considered a comprehensive skills analysis of the Board in recruiting the additional director.
The appointment of Mr. Goller as an independent director will bring the ERM Power Board menmbership to five, including four independent, non-executive directors. The new CEO and Managing Director, Mr. Jon Stretch, will commence his role on February 2, 2015, taking the total number of Board members to six.
