Eprcomunicazione co-opts Aldo Iaquinta as new director

(Alliance News) - Eprcomunicazione Spa announced Wednesday that its board of directors has co-opted Aldo Iaquinta as a nonexecutive director, replacing the resigning Roberto Della Seta, who retains his role as scientific director of Eprcomunicazione and board member of Justbit.

Aldo Iaquinta was a member of the board of Itas Network and is managing director of AIMUW Spa, a leading multi-mandatory insurance and reinsurance agency in the public entity market, and a member of the executive board of the Political School "Living in the Community."

Eprcomunication is flat at EUR2.46 per share.
