The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the re-designation of Dato' Jaya J B Tan from a Non-Executive Chairman to an Executive Chairman of the Company. Based on the expertise and past experience of Dato' Jaya, the Board believes that he is able to perform his duties and responsibilities that are in line with his role within the Group.
