(Alliance News) - The UK's Entain PLC has hired advisors to oversee potential disposals of several overseas brands, including recent acquisitions, the Financial Times reported on Thursday.

The Isle of Man-based gambling operator intends to sell brands not integrated into its technology platform, "according to people familiar with the matter", the newspaper said.

Wall Street firm Moelis is believed to be advising Entain's board on the possible sales, the FT said, adding that Entain declined comment.

Brands being considered for disposal include Netherlands-based BetCity, which Entain bought for GBP398 million in 2023, as well as Georgia-based CrystalBet and Sweden-based Enlabs, the FT sources said.
