Emaar Properties announced a major organizational shake-up aimed at powering growth with a focus on project management, delivery and customer service. A number of new senior appointments have been made across the company, with a priority to manage and deliver projects, Emaar has also established a Customer Relationship Management department, which will be responsible for developing customer loyalty to the company's products and services. Noel Madigan will head the Project Planning & Programming Department while Khalid Dalil has been appointed as head of the Customer Relationship Management Department.

Emaar's new organization structure includes Amit Jain who has been promoted to group chief operations officer and CEO - Emaar Dubai. He will be responsible for the overall operations and financial matters for the Group with a special focus on the Dubai operations. Other senior managers of Emaar include Mohamed El Dahan & Ozan Balaban (CEOs - Regional); Ahmed Al Falasi (executive director - Group Operations); Osama Sabboubeh (executive director - Projects Dubai); Osama Abou El-enain (executive director - Development Dubai) and Rasha Hassan (chief commercial officer).

Emaar said it has also appointed Clare Elliot as Group Head of Human Resources. Additionally, Emaar said Deepak Jain, formerly regional director for strategy - MENA at Jones Lang LaSalle, will join as chief strategy officer in January. Fred Durie, formerly CEO of Emaar International, will continue to serve on the boards of Emaar joint ventures in Jordan and India.

Robert Booth, who has been serving as CEO - Emaar Real Estate Dubai, will continue to work with the company in an advisory capacity to the Emaar chairman.
