Caroline Choi has been named senior vice president of Corporate Affairs for Southern California Edison and its parent company, Edison International, effective Feb. 4. Choi will oversee Government Affairs, Public Affairs and Corporate Communications on national, state and local levels. In her roles with Government and Public Affairs, she succeeds Gaddi Vasquez, who is retiring after a 16-year career with SCE and Edison International. Choi most recently served as its senior vice president of Regulatory Affairs, responsible for the company’s regulatory strategy and policy at the national and state levels, including regulatory affairs, regulatory operations and environmental affairs.
