The merger of Doğan Yayın Holding A.Ş. through being "taken over" by our Company
08.05.2014 According to Doğan Şirketler Grubu Holding's announcement disclosed to Public Disclosure Platform;
As it is known, in the process of the merger under our Company, through the take-over of our direct subsidiary Doğan Yayın Holding A.Ş. by our Company, in its entirety with all its assets and liabilities, the Board of Directors Resolutions of 14.04.2014 with regards to the merger of our Company and Doğan Yayın Holding A.Ş. were announced to the public through the Public Disclosure Platform (PDP) by making a Material Disclosure on the same date (14.04.2014).
Our relevant application has been filed with the Capital Market Board (CMB), and work on establishing the "merger ratio" and the "change ratio" is still underway. In case of any developments regarding the matter, immediate disclosure shall be made as per the provisions of the relevant legislation.
