Within the scope of the merger transaction under our main shareholder Doğan Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş. through the "take over" of our Company by our main shareholder Doğan Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş. as a whole with all its assets and liabilities, the below documents which were previously disclosed to the public by public disclosure through the Public Disclosure Platform ("KAP") and by announcement; and furthermore, which had been approved by the general assembly (with the exclusion of interim term financial statements);
i. Financial statements for the last three years,
ii. Annual reports for the last three years,
iii. Independent audit reports for the last three years,
iv. Interim financial statements,
