Distell Group Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of PE Beyers as Independent Non-Executive Director

The Board of Directors of Distell Distell Group Holdings Limited announced that Mr. PE Beyers will retire as Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 30 June 2019. Mr. Beyers was appointed to the Board in 2000 and has served Distell with distinction in a number of capacities, including being a member of the investment sub-committee.
