Diös summarises the first quarter with a positive net leasing and continued attention on the company's market. Rental income increased by 17 per cent compared with the same period in the previous year. The occupancy rate was 92 per cent, which is the highest in the company's history and the surplus ratio was 64 per cent. Despite high inflation and a more uncertain macroeconomic development, Diös delivers a very good operating profit.
