Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited Announces Withdrawal of Nomination of Kaikhushru Vicaji Taraporevala as Director

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited announced that Caledonia Investments Plc. had withdrawn the nomination of Mr. Kaikhushru Vicaji Taraporevala, (being a Nominee Director) from the Directorship of the Company with effect from November 22, 2014. Further, that the Board of Directors, through resolution by circulation as per the provisions of Section 175 of Companies Act, 2013 and rules made, have considered and accepted the withdrawal of nomination of Mr. Kaikhushru Vicaji Taraporevala from the Directorship of the Company, with effect from November 22, 2014.
