ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE MARKET Fitch affirms ISA CTEEP's rating at 'AAA+(bra)' - with outlook Stable

Fitch Ratings affirmed the ratings of CTEEP - Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista S.A., as follows:

  • Long Term Corporate National Scale Rating at 'AAA+(bra)' with outlook Stable;

  • Long Term National Scale rating for the first debenture issue expiring in 2017, affirmed at

    'AAA+(bra)'

  • Long Term National Scale rating for the fourth debenture issue expiring in 2021, affirmed at

    'AAA+(bra)'

  • Long Term National Scale rating for the fifth debenture issue expiring in 2024, affirmed at

'AAA+(bra)'

According to Fitch, the ratings largely reflect the Company's financial profile for the next few years based on the early renewal of the concession agreement, resulting in the receipt of values with respect to the assets pertaining to the RBSE concession and important for investments necessary for the construction of the new projects.

The rating agency also highlights ISA CTEEP's predictable cash flow, indicating the low risk profile of the electric energy transmission business and the Company's high degree of liquidity.
