VOTING RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
HELD ON 31 AUGUST 2021
At the annual general meeting (the "AGM") of CSI Properties Limited (the "Company") held on 31 August 2021, all the proposed resolutions as set out in the notice of the AGM dated 29 July 2021 were duly passed by the shareholders on votes taken by poll.
As at the date of the AGM, the total number of issued shares of the Company was 9,459,999,676 shares, which was the total number of shares entitling the holders to attend and vote on the following resolutions at the AGM. No shareholder is required to abstain from voting on or in favour of any of the following resolutions under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Company's Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, was appointed as the scrutineer at the AGM for the purpose of vote-taking. Set out below are the poll results in respect of the respective resolutions put to the vote at the AGM.
