NOTICE TO DEBENTURE HOLDERS
CPFL Energias Renováveis S.A. ("CPFL Renováveis" or "Company") hereby announces to the holders of the 1ST Issue of Simple Debentures by the subsidiary PCH HOLDING 2 S.A, not convertible into shares, in a single series, of the unsecured type, with a fiduciary guarantee, for public distribution with restricted placement efforts, under a firm guarantee regime, that, on December 20, 2018, the Company made a payment of interest in the total amount of R$842,100.92 (eight hundred and forty-two thousand and one hundred reais and cents mentioned) related to 1,581 (one thousand, five hundred and eighty-one) debentures.
