Costain Group PLC announced that Paul Golby has indicated his intention to step down as chair and from the Board within the next 12 months once a suitable successor has been appointed. Paul joined the Board as chair and non-executive director in 2016. He has navigated the Group to a position of delivering an improved operating and financial performance this year, strengthened management and outlined a clear strategy to deliver growth and value.
