ADJUSTMENT OF EXCESS PROFIT RESERVE
Pursuant to CVM Resolution 44/2021, Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais - COPASA MG (B3: CSMG3) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that
to the fiscal year ended on December 31st, 2023, through (i) the payment of R$203,389,652.57 (two hundred and three million, three hundred and eighty-nine thousand, six hundred and fifty-two reais, and fifty-seven cents) into the Share Capital, without issuing new shares; and (ii) the distribution of R$300,000,000.00 (three hundred million reais) as Extraordinary Dividends, with the information detailed below:
Total amount: R$300,000,000.00 (three hundred million reais).
Amount of dividend per share: R$0.7911779857.
Method and deadline for the payment of dividends: Payment in national currency by May 10th, 2024.
Restatement and interest on Extraordinary Dividends: None.
Credit Date (Cut-Off Date) for shareholders to learn they will be entitled to receipt: April 26th, 2024 (ESM date).
-Dividen April 29th, 2024 (one business day after the ESM).
