Reggiolo, March 14, 2024 - Notice is hereby given that today an excerpt of the notice of call was published in the daily newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore" regarding the shareholders' meeting of Comer Industries S.p.A. ("Company"), convened in ordinary session on April 23, 2024, in a single call.

The full text of the notice of call is available on the company website www.comerindustries.comin the "Governance/Shareholders' Meeting" section and through the storage mechanism authorized and managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A. "eMarket Storage," available at www.emarketstorage.com.

The Board of Directors' Explanatory Reports on the proposed agenda of the scheduled shareholders' meeting and the information document drawn up pursuant to articles. 114-bis TUF and 84-bis, paragraph 1, Issuers' Regulations were also made available to the public today in the manner required by applicable laws and regulations.

The Board of Directors has proposed to the next Shareholders' Meeting to resolve on the distribution of a dividend, relating to the 2023 financial year, equal to 1.25 euros per share. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on 15 May 2024 (so-called payment date), with ex-date 13 May 2024 (so-calledex-date) and record date 14 May 2024.

The minutes of the shareholders' meeting and the summary report of the votes will be made available within the terms set out in the current legislation and will be available to consult on the company website www.comerindustries.comin the "Governance/Shareholders' Meeting" section.
