Reference is made to the annual report of Colour Life Services Group Co., Limited (the "Company") for the year ended 31 December 2018 published on 8 April 2019 (the "Annual Report"). Unless otherwise defined, terms defined in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Annual Report.

The Company noted a typographical error in the summary table setting out details of movement of the share options under the Share Option Scheme for the year ended 31 December 2018 on page 43 of the Annual Report. The Company would like to clarify that the reference to "Employees of the Group, a resigned non-executive Director and certain minority shareholders of the Company's subsidiaries" should be "Employees of the Group" only.

Save as disclosed above, there is no other change to the disclosures set out in the Annual Report.
