Cobham plc announced that René Médori, who joined the Board on January 1, 2018, will become Non-executive Chairman of the Audit Committee on conclusion of the AGM on April 26, 2018, following the retirement from the Board of Alan Semple. General Michael Hagee (retired) and Birgit Nørgaard will also retire from the Board on April 26, 2018.
