CloudCoCo Group plc is a United Kingdom-based provider of managed information technology (IT) services and communications solutions to private and public sector organizations. The Company operates through two segments: Managed IT Services and Value Added Resale. The Managed IT Services segment comprises the provision of recurring IT services which either have an ongoing billing and support element or utilize the technical expertise of its people. The Value Added Resale segment comprises the resale of one-time solutions (hardware and software) from its technology partners, including revenues from the MoreCoCo e-commerce platform. The Company's services include cybersecurity, connectivity, communication, cloud and data center, Microsoft, hardware and software, professional services and IT consulting, and managed IT services. The Company's subsidiaries include CloudCoCo Holdings Limited, CloudCoCo Limited, Systems Assurance Limited, CloudCoCo Connect Limited and More Computers Limited.
