CI Financial Corp. Announces Executive Changes

CI Financial Corp. announced that Peter Anderson will succeed Stephen MacPhail as Chief Executive Officer of the corporation effective June 1, 2016. Mr. MacPhail's decision to retire as CEO after a 22-year career at the company, and Mr. Anderson's appointment were previously announced on February 11, 2016. Since March 1, 2016, they have been working closely to ensure a smooth transition. The transition of the role of CEO will take place on June 1, 2016 and Mr. MacPhail will remain at CI until June 30, 2016 to provide ongoing advice.
